Malcolm Thorne

CEO and Co-founder

ADP Dealer Services, CDK Global, Dealersocket / Vista Equity Partners, Advent International, 4490 Ventures, 

Board Member and Advisor

Malcolm is a proven software entrepreneur having built and sold 2 software companies. Today he is a venture capitalist, serves as an advisor to private equity firms, as well as being a board member and advisor to software executives. He sits on the board of Cortex, Fluree and PromptPath today.

​

Previously, Malcolm served as EVP/Global Chief Strategy Officer for CDK Global. At CDK, Malcolm had responsibility for global strategy, marketing, corporate development, product management and P&L responsibility for data & analytics.

Tony T. Graham

Chief Revenue Officer

Automatic Data Processing Dealer Services (ADP), CDK Global, DealerSocket, and Solera

With 30+ years in the automotive industry and prior to his retirement from Solera/DealerSocket, Tony led North America Sales as Executive Vice President. Tony also spent 20+ years with ADP and CDK Global in various leadership positions. At ADP and CDK Global, Tony led sales, regional operations and spent some time as the CDK Global Chief Customer Experience Officer. While at ADP and CDK Global, Tony built a reputation and was known as the dealer advocate.

Tony has a passion for people; retail automotive dealers; and the customer experience.

Tony holds a master’s degree from Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Alabama State University.

Osman Shoukry

VP of Engineering

​Osman Shoukry is a passionate technical leader with 19 years of automotive experience, dedicated to providing sound, robust solutions that align with business needs and agile principles. He focuses on the big picture while paying close attention to detail. Osman led the agile transformation in CDK Global achieving continuous delivery and transforming the digital acquisition platform to become the largest and cheapest lead acquisition platform on Google & Bing through rapid iterations of discovery algorithms while improving the uptime from 85% to over 99.99%. Additionally, Osman led the top rated email marketing platform in Automotive delivering millions of emails with an inbox delivery rate over 95%. 


Prior to joining PromptPath, Osman led the Amazon Alexa Mobile App performance team for two years  improving stability and responsiveness by over 4x.


Osman holds a Bachelor of Computer Science for the American University in Cairo.
